Marie receives an email to say that she has received an eCoaching response.

When she follows the link to her homepage, she finds a thoughtful response in her mailbox and more detailed feedback within her presentation plan.

It is everything she needs to move on quickly. That evening she goes back to work on the logic of her presentation.

As suggested, she looks in the library and reads up on the various generic structures and examples within the planning model. She doesn’t find it easy but she manages to come up with two possible structures, one of which she thinks might be interesting.

Inevitably, Graeme has also been giving this further thought and when he receives Marie’s eCoach request, they are able to combine two ideas to give the perfect focus on exactly what the key decision makers want to know.

One hour and 45 minutes of eCoaching time have been used so far.

With a great logic and structure, she finds that everything falls into place easily.

She produces a loose script in spoken English, visual aids, notes, and supporting materials. She remembers to pay particular attention to the examples.

She uploads the script on to her personal homepage along with the visual aids and asks Graeme for some final feedback.
