He is looking at the detail. The impact and functionality of the introduction, the building of a case, the transitions between each section, examples and anecdotes used - all the principles of good presentation.

With this particular presentation, the weakness is now in the visuals and he suggests that as an option, one of our technical coaches could raise these above the level of bullet points to a format that would really aid the communication of her message.

2 hours and 30 minutes of eCoaching time have been used.

Marie decides to take this option of help and Graeme passes it to our Visual Aids Team who are able to change the functionality and appearance of the visuals quickly.

With a few last minute issues addressed, Marie goes on to make a presentation which captivates from start to finish.

She pays for 2 hours and 30 minutes of E-Coaching and one hour of technical support, 15 minutes of which still remains on her account.

In the evaluation, she describes it as ‘like planning something properly for the first time and realising how much can be achieved’.
